This is the official web home of Trucker, the internationally known unsigned rock alt-country band from Lawrence, Kansas.
Trucker has been hard at work with their latest endeavour New Single Fridays. A new track will be released every 3rd Friday of the month for the year of 2010. New Single Fridays originated from what was to be an EP of more acoustic material; aptly named Panty Peelers Vol.1. Instead, Trucker moved the format over to a monthly release. The first 6 months being the original Panty Peeler EP.
As the year moves on they have begun the transition back to the sounds and stylings of their previous releases hello amero and Post Rock Motel, which like all of the Trucker albums, are available as a FREE download in the Music section.
Working in their Dick Jack Ed Studio, Trucker records and produces all their albums independently. So, if you like what you hear, drop them a line or drop something in the "tip jar".
Over the years, Trucker has grown and accomplished some pretty amazing things. And it is all due to the power of their fans. If you find something here that you like, please pass the word on. And as the Trucker saying goes, "We don't care if we're rich and famous. We just want everyone to have a vague recollection of who we are."
